Returns Policy

At Momehyo Cosmetics and Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process to make your experience as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: You can return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened, unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or their nature. These include:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards or vouchers

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at admin@momehyo.com.ng, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at admin@momehyo.com.ng with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

2. Return the Item: Once we approve your return, please securely package the product in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. If eligible, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange products but will happily assist with returns and new orders.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@momehyo.com.ng. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fees.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
